• Do you also act as shopping proxy in Japan?
  • A "proxy" typically takes pre-orders on specific items and buys them for prepaying customers. For the time being we don't offer that service. But that may be added to our repertoire in the future. Currently we exclusively offer merchandise we handpick ourselves.

• How often do you add more merch to the store?
  • We're always adding new merch so keep your eyes peeled on our Socials for updates.

• What payment methods do you accept?
  • We accept all major credit/debit cards, Paypal and Google Pay.

• How long does shipping take?
  • Shipment arrival times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Please refer to our SHIPPING POLICY for more information. Also please note we ship internationally as well!

• What is your return policy?
